At America’s beverage companies, we’re carefully designing our bottles and cans to be 100% recyclable. And we’re investing in Rhode Island communities, so more of our cans and bottles can be collected and made into new ones as intended.
Our Impact
Providence
Every Bottle Back® Project
Providence’s recycling program had a high contamination rate. Our $2.7M investment helped upgrade the city’s curbside recycling infrastructure by providing education and free, standardized recycling carts to over 55,000 households that can help increase the amount of materials being recycled and remade.
Portsmouth
Every Bottle Back® Project
Portsmouth wanted to introduce a new recycling approach. Our $57,200 investment supported educational materials and the distribution of standardized, 95-gallon bins to 4,400 households, streamlining collection and improving recycling efficiency.
Our efforts in Rhode Island work to keep our containers out of landfills and the environment and increase the amount of recycled materials we can make into new bottles and cans. See what we’re doing in other communities to get every bottle back.
