At America’s beverage companies, we’re carefully designing our bottles and cans to be 100% recyclable. And we’re investing in Texas communities, so more of our cans and bottles can be collected and made into new ones as intended.
Our Impact
Fort Worth
Every Bottle Back Project
Fort Worth wanted to support their residents’ efforts to recycle and decrease contamination in the recycling stream. Our $520,000 investment helped conduct a door-to-door hands-on recycling education campaign, which has increased recyclables and decreased trash in the recycling bin.
McKinney
Every Bottle Back Project
McKinney wanted to collect more recyclable materials by making recycling more convenient for residents. Our $986,000 investment provided 58,000 households with upgraded curbside recycling carts.
San Antonio
Every Bottle Back Project
We invested $3 million to support a new state-of-the-art sorting facility in San Antonio, which will allow materials from over 1 million residents to be better sorted, processed and remade into new products.
San Marcos
Every Bottle Back Project
San Marcos wanted to pilot a doorstep recycling service for 3,500 multifamily units to increase recycling in the region. We invested $133,000 toward this effort, which could lead to a permanent recycling program for the city.
