At America’s beverage companies, we’re carefully designing our bottles and cans to be 100% recyclable. And we’re investing in Maryland communities, so more of our cans and bottles can be collected and made into new ones as intended.
Our Impact
Baltimore
Every Bottle Back Project
Baltimore residents had inequitable access to recycling. Our $1.7 million investment delivered upgraded recycling carts to 190,000 households, generating a 45% increase in total recyclable materials collected and a 72% increase in pounds of recyclables collected per household.
Laurel
Every Bottle Back Project
Laurel wanted to improve its collection program for residents. We invested $112,465 so the city could distribute upgraded recycling carts to 6,500 households.
Our efforts in Maryland work to keep our containers out of landfills and the environment and increase the amount of recycled materials we can make into new bottles and cans. See what we’re doing in other communities to get Every Bottle Back.
